Problem: A large transportation company needed a new receivables system that would meet their special business needs as well as interface with legacy applications and be the basis for moving significant business processes to the web.

The resulting system used Java applications and J2EE WebLogic clients sharing a common Unix server interface. This very high performance system handles tens of millions of dollars in receivables each day sending out tens of thousands of EDI, print, e-mail and XML bills to customers. The system exceeded all of it's benefit projections and will be the basis for their next development efforts.
