Title: Web and Flash Designer

Unified Development, Inc./The Net Impact is looking for a full time candidate to join this highly professional and motivated team of Web design and technical specialists.  This ideal candidate will have professional skills in hands-on website interface planning and design, web usability design and testing and Macromedia/Adobe Flash. Must possess creative ability and have a strong knowledge of CSS. 

The website creative candidate should also have the ability to analyze client information and statistical report data in order to make recommendations for performance improvement.  The position has interaction with the clients, other web design specialists, technical team and marketing service members.  You will work with project managers and clients to conceptualize and design websites and interfaces.
